The aim of the DiCE project was to assist BT in developing in developing a long term research agenda for software and software development within their own organisation. The project examined a number of future scenarios related to how software will behave, how it will be developed, how it will be used and how software and society will interact. The results from the project have been published in the Communications of the ACM.
